Overview The Guest Services team at The Highlands at Harbor Springs is looking for new Attendants to join our team! As a Guest Service Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, answering questions, providing directions, and responding to guest requests with friendly and professional service. Qualifications Must be 16+ with a valid driver's license. No experience required; training provided. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing weather. Reliable, team-oriented, detail-focused, and guest-friendly. Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Indoor and outdoor work in seasonal weather conditions.
