Overview The Highlands at Harbor Springs is looking for dependable Snow Removal Attendants to join our team! This position plays an important role in keeping resort walkways, entrances, and outdoor areas safe and accessible for guests and employees throughout the winter season. Responsibilities include removing snow, applying ice melt, maintaining outdoor areas, and assisting guests with directions and general resort information. When snow removal duties are complete, team members may assist with Ski Valet and other Guest Services responsibilities. Assist with small outdoor maintenance, cleanup, and general resort upkeep. Provide guests with directions and general information about The Highlands and resort amenities. Able to work early mornings and outdoors for extended periods. Able to operate snow shovels, snow blowers, and other small equipment safely.
