Job Description

Overview The Highlands at Harbor Springs is looking for dependable Snow Removal Attendants to join our team! This position plays an important role in keeping resort walkways, entrances, and outdoor areas safe and accessible for guests and employees throughout the winter season. Responsibilities include removing snow, applying ice melt, maintaining outdoor areas, and assisting guests with directions and general resort information. When snow removal duties are complete, team members may assist with Ski Valet and other Guest Services responsibilities. This is a full-time or part-time position with opportunities to enjoy the many perks and benefits of working at The Highlands.

Apply ice melt and other approved materials to maintain safe walking surfaces. Monitor walkways and entrances throughout the shift and address snow and ice accumulation as needed. Assist with small outdoor maintenance, cleanup, and general resort upkeep. Provide guests with directions and general information about The Highlands and resort amenities. Assist the Ski Valet and other Guest Services areas when snow removal duties are complete. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work efficiently and safely in changing winter weather conditions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications No prior experience required; training provided. Valid driver's license preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable performing physical labor in cold and snowy conditions. Able to work early mornings and outdoors for extended periods. Able to operate snow shovels, snow blowers, and other small equipment safely.
Qualifications:
