Overview Help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for WE Fest guests at Hilltop, Accessible and VIP Parking areas. Parking Attendants guide vehicles into the festival, ensuring safe, efficient traffic flow and well-organized parking areas. Key Responsibilities Verify parking permits and direct vehicles to the correct lots Guide guests into parking spaces safely and efficiently Maintain organized vehicle flow in hightraffic areas Provide clear directions and basic festival information to guests Monitor surroundings and communicate with leadership as needed Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and directional skills Comfortable directing vehicle traffic in a fastpaced environment Able to stay alert and aware of surroundings Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Reliable and teamoriented Schedule Shifts take place throughout the festival, with peak staffing during arrival and departure periods. Pre-fest shift available for pre-party on Wednesday, August 5th from 5 pm to 1 am 1st shift 10 am

• 5 pm Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th 2nd shift 4 pm
• 10 pm Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th 3rd or add on shift 6 pm
• 1 am Thursday, August 6th through Sunday at 1 am on August 9th All staff will receive: A commemorative WE Fest staff Tshirt A 3day GA music staff wristband A staff camping pass or a staff parking pass Why Join the Team?
