• Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the dock, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist guests with boat rentals, ensuring they receive the necessary safety equipment and instructions for a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area, including boats, equipment, and surrounding facilities.
• Monitor dock activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to resort policies.
• Provide guests with information about local attractions, lake conditions, and resort amenities, enhancing their overall experience.
• Assist with launching and retrieving boats, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
• Participate in routine maintenance of dock facilities and equipment as required.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, especially in hospitality or recreational settings, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of boating and water safety is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
