This is not simply our job, it's our passion. Job Summary The Driver/Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional guest service throughout the arrival and departure process. Key Duties & Responsibilities Provides bell service, which includes greeting guests, offering luggage assistance to/from guest rooms, and handling all luggage properly Ensures the prompt, courteous, and accurate delivery and collection of any luggage, parcels or mail Ensures correct and secure storage procedures are always followed Deals with guest arrivals and departures as per the Resort's standards Provides door assistance for guests Provides transportation which includes locally, as well as to and from the airport, as needed Valets guest cars, while ensuring vehicle keys are securely stored Helps create a friendly, warm, and welcoming environment Responds to all guest needs quickly, efficiently, and courteously, providing immediate assistance Assist guests with directions, and provides important information about the hotel Practices proper telephone etiquette with both guests and colleagues Is fully familiar with the room types, as well as the locations of guest rooms and private homes Remains aware of all functions, conferences, and special events taking place at the Resort Understands all facilities and services within the Resort to offer general information to guests Assists the Security team in monitoring for suspicious activity Performs additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Front Office or other members of the Management team Skills, Experience, & Educational Requirements Previous experience in a transportation, valet service, bell service, or customer service role within a hotel or resort environment is preferred
Valid U.S. driver's license
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
