Lift Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of chairlifts at Beech Mountain Resort. This position requires attention to detail and a focus on guest safety.
Responsibilities:
Safely assist guests with loading and unloading from chairlifts Check and scan tickets to ensure all guests are properly cleared for lift access Maintain lift stations and ensure that the area is clean and organized Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their safety and provide assistance as needed Monitor chairlift operations and report any mechanical or safety issues
Requirements or Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Attention to safety and detail Ability to stand for extended periods Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak times Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
