Job Description

Position Overview:
Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, greeting guest, assisting with luggage and escorting guest to their room. Accurately recording proper information of the make, color and model of guest's vehicle. These duties may be described as, but not limited to: Ensure that valet staff is in proper uniform at all times. Greet and welcome guest upon arrival. Maintain proper security over guest automobile keys. Make certain that the front of the hotel and parking lot in free from debris. Observe all public highway speed limits. Cover Bell shifts as required by business needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent driving record. Good communication skills. Out going personality.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school or equivalent education required. One to two years in a public contact position.
