This role embodies exceptional Guest Services at our Waterfront Area. As a Beach Attendant, you will help guests create lasting memories by assisting them in utilizing a variety of watercrafts in a safe and enjoyable way.
Essential Job Functions:
Maintain boat and pool setup. Assist guests with hotel-sponsored boats and pool services. Stock clean pool towels and remove dirty ones to hotel laundry services. Maintain and sanitize all pool and lawn furniture in the assigned area. Handle guest problems and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisors as necessary. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Comply with health and safety rules, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Physical Demands:
Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport up to 100lbs. Ability to work in an outdoor environment for a prolonged period of time.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or its equivalent
Experience :
Previous guest services experience preferred.
Wage :
