In this role, you'll be dedicated to delivering unparalleled guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations during arrivals and departures. Your primary focus will be on providing luggage assistance and ensuring guests' comfort as they settle into their rooms.
Essential Job Functions:
Deliver top-tier service to our guests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, promptly responding to their requests and ensuring an exceptional experience Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and the surrounding area Guest items will be retrieved and loaded to and from cars, busses, vans, and carts Escort guests to their accommodations, visually inspect the room, and highlight its features and the room compendium for their convenience Manage stored luggage by tagging bags and providing guests with corresponding claim tickets, while ensuring luggage is securely organized in designated areas for safekeeping Address and resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
Physical Demands:
Grasp, lift, carry, and move packages, boxes, and luggage up to 75 lbs. continuously throughout the shift Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift Sufficient manual dexterity in hands to load and unload luggage Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances at the hotel
Wage:
Hourly $16.00
Education:
High school diploma or its equivalent
