Job Description

As a Bell Attendant, you play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience from the moment visitors arrive on our property. Serving as the primary ambassador of our premier hospitality services, you are responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and efficient welcome. In this role, you will safely assist with luggage, and proactively answer questions regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and property events. Success in this position requires high energy, exceptional attention to detail, strong accountability, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards in all weather conditions. Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Customer Service & Communication:
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with a proven track record of delivering service excellence and positive guest interactions.
Physical Capability:
Ability to endure substantial standing, walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.) while working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Core Competencies:
High degree of accountability, initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance:
Ability to meet and maintain all safety-sensitive employment requirements, including passing required pre-employment and ongoing drug screenings.
Guest Hospitality & Arrival:
Meet and greet all guests entering and exiting the facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner.
Guest Assistance & Support:
Assist guests with luggage and provide accurate information regarding hotel features, property amenities, and upcoming events.
Service Excellence:
Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to guest requests, inquiries, and immediate service needs.
Policy & Safety Compliance:
Strictly adhere to all internal hotel policies, procedures, and employee safety protocols.
Team Collaboration:
Work cooperatively with front office, bell desk, and security teams to maintain smooth arrival and departure flows.
General Maintenance:
Keep the main entrance, driveway, and valet work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
