Primary Job Duties Airport agents are primarily responsible for ensuring excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to ticketing and rebooking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more. Responsibilities Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions Service aircraft as needed Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or older Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver's license Have a High School Diploma or GED Pass a background check and drug screening Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time management skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays Part-time and full-time positions may be available Starting at $20 per hour Physical and Other Requirements This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position #zr #SWA123 Please complete the online application.
