This is a Guest-facing position that plays a vital role in creating an inviting experience. GUEST SERVICE

Be knowledgeable of what each part of our wash packages does in the vehicle cleaning process Be knowledgeable of the differences between various wash packages Guide Guest vehicles into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle before sending it through the wash Interact with Guests in the vacuum area to resolve issues, touch up vehicles, and answer questions

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and equipment room to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly Perform all assigned preventive maintenance tasks Keep the entire property clean and ensure that everything is well-organized Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied Ensure that the Guest restroom is kept clean and well-stocked Support the sign-up of new VIP Wash Club members Other duties as assigned
