EAST END BALLROOM
Bar & Restaurant - Eater.com / Austin Monthly / Infatuation " Best of Austin" is looking for a reservationist. Part time + weekend availability.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the entirety of the restaurants reservation book, both in regard to Nightlife and Restaurant services Participate in weekly team leadership meetings Manage guest relations and expectations. Organize reservations on sheet and call back any messages. Confirm reservations and effectively fill reservation sheet maximizing seating potential. Attend Food and Beverages Meetings BEO preparation for group dining Participation in Weekly Manager Meeting (either in-person or virtual) Weekly email update to the General Manager by the end of night Sunday
