GUEST LIAISON
Job Description Sand Hollow Resort is a premier destination to Escape. Play. Discover. Relax. One of Southern Utah's top-ranked golf destinations, our resort spans five neighborhoods, a championship golf course, vacation rental units, and an on-site restaurant overlooking the gorgeous Southern Utah mountain ranges. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Guest Liaison to serve as our primary on-site presence across the entire resort. This role bridges property patrol, guest services, light maintenance, and amenity operations — covering common areas, the Golf Course, Vacation Rentals, and The Grille. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy variety in your workday, and like being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, we'd love to have you on the team. This position will have two shifts: Mon & Tues 6am-2pm / Wed Thurs & Fri 2pm-10pm Key Responsibilities Patrol resort grounds, common areas, and residential lots; monitor for safety, security, and community standards compliance Open and close pools, hot tubs, and amenity areas on schedule; perform condition checks Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general requests at the resort desk Drive guests safely between resort locations using the shuttle bus, providing a friendly, attentive experience Respond to and troubleshoot in-unit guest issues — door lock systems, TVs, WiFi, garage doors, and propane tank exchanges Perform light maintenance, pressure washing, and supply/linen delivery as needed Monitor golf course perimeter and support construction/compliance observation Document nightly reports and communicate openly with other team members across shifts Operate resort vehicles (responsibly!) for patrol and guest transport Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hospitality, resort operations, or property management preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum age 25) Must be able to pass a background check with a clean driving record Bring Motor Vehicle Report with you to the interview Skills Strong attention to detail and good judgment Excellent customer service and communication skills — you'll be interacting directly with guests throughout the day, including while driving the shuttle Comfortable troubleshooting basic tech and mechanical issues (locks, WiFi, TVs, garage doors) Ability to work independently and stay in close communication with teammates across shifts Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shiftsJOB TYPE
