Benefits Eligibility Summary Job Summary:
The Sundial Lodge ski valet is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression to guests and condo owners including timely delivery, retrieval, and storage of ski/snowboard gear and luggage. Provide immediate and courteous service. Responsible for the cleanliness of the Ski Lounge and storage areas.
Job Specifications:
Starting Wage:
$15/hr + tips If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips (Add this bullet only for tipped roles)

No Job Responsibilities:
Prompt retrieval and storage of guest's snow gear and luggage. Maintain up-to-date inventory of all stored ski/snowboard gear, including guest contact info, confidentially handling guest information. Handle guest complaints and questions in a calm, professional manner. Greeting guests by name and engaging in conversation. Provide recommendations for terrain based on skill level and other points of interest. Watch for guests arriving, coming to retrieve items, and returning to the lodge. Maintain a clean working area outside and in ski storage.
Job Requirements:
Able to move safely in a fast-paced, multitasked environment. Able to operate the computer program used to store skis, snowboards, and boots. Ability to lift 50 lbs, move large rolling racks safely, and store/retrieve items overhead. Able to work any day, including weekends and holidays. Punctual for shifts, even in inclement weather. Report tips earned daily. Cooperative attitude - takes direction from peers and managers. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The expected pay range is $15/hr + tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
