Schedule:
Regular shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings Typical hours: 2:00pm - Close (between 9-11pm) Start time: flexible (we're cool like that) Nights, weekends, and holidays are required (hey, it's hospitality) This is a permanent night position (does not convert to days) Day shifts may be available if you want to moonlight as a daytime hero Double shifts are possible if you're into stacking paychecks Can be part-time or full-time , but hours vary with the season (think summer hustle, winter cozy ) How the
Night Crew Works Slow Season:
Two staff on weekend nights , one on the rest.
Summer Season:
Two staff on every night (because the place is hoppin').
When there are two:
One is the Front Desk Rockstar One is the Housekeeping + Maintenance Legend When there's one: you become the Swiss Army Knife of Bridgeport —covering it all, cape optional. Front Desk Duties Answer phone calls (your customer service voice will get a workout) Take and service reservations Check guests in/out (hotel ninja moves) Handle reservation & store payments Assist in-house guests Laundry & general lobby cleaning Housekeeping Duties Clean rooms & general areas to the highest sparkle standards Laundry Garbage removal (yes, we've got fancy bags) Assist Front Desk with guest requests Maintenance Duties Clean up and close the pool (channel your inner lifeguard) Help guests master their room gadgets (heat, AC, fireplace, TV—basically tech support with a smile) Handle minor fixes Keep the resort looking sharp What's In It for
You Starting Wage:
$17.00/hour
First Wage Increase:
60 days PTO Starts Accumulating Immediately and is immediately available.
