Role:

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Café Attendant to join our team. You'll balance excellent customer service with the daily responsibilities of running a small café — from crafting espresso drinks to keeping operations organized.

What You'll Do:

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude Prepare quality coffee, espresso, and iced drinks (training provided if needed) Handle cash and maintain accurate daily reports Restock food, drinks, and paper goods Maintain a clean, welcoming café space Open and close the café independently

What We're Looking For:

18+ Reliable transportation Ability to obtain security clearance Interested persons/background check from State Troopers (we are in a secured state office building) Must have an active cell phone Strong customer service and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Barista experience preferred (or willingness to learn — training provided) Food Handler's License & ServeSafe Certification (or ability to get within 3 months) Comfortable multitasking and standing for long periods and become part of a small, supportive team where your work makes a difference every day.
