Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options with clients and underwriters to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Manage sales administration tasks including preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments. Requirements Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with insurance sales processes, including underwriting procedures and policy analysis. Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor insurance solutions effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor that builds trust and long-term relationships.
