Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Set up and break down food service stations for events and functions
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling sandwiches
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
  • Assist with catering events, including setting up tables, arranging decorations, and serving guests
  • Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
