In this role, you will support the smooth operation of the restaurant by maintaining a clean and inviting environment, assisting with table service, and ensuring that guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Your proactive approach and teamwork will be key to delivering outstanding service and upholding our high standards of sanitation and food safety. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and properly set for new guests Assist servers by bussing tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and supplies following safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Support food handling procedures by ensuring proper sanitation in food service areas Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs Assist with basic kitchen support tasks when necessary, including food safety compliance and sanitation practices Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Knowledge of sanitation, food safety standards, and proper cleaning procedures Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and a proactive approach Familiarity with hospitality or catering experience is a plus but not mandatory Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
