$11•$14.00 per hour (including Tips) Job description: Job Overview As a MOD Squad Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service environment. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately. Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system effectively. Prepare food items according to MOD established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations and dining areas. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment for guests. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Skills Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Experience in bussing or working within a grocery store environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation and cleanliness in food service settings. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
