Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented according to food safety standards Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing excellent in-person customer service and addressing any special dietary needs or preferences Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and ensuring proper sanitizing procedures are followed throughout your shift Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, warmers, and other small appliances Restock food items and supplies regularly to ensure the buffet remains fully stocked and inviting for guests Follow all food safety management protocols, including sanitizing surfaces and adhering to hygiene standards to ensure guest safety at all times Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food preparation, or restaurant service is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper cleaning techniques in a food service environment Experience operating kitchen equipment such as coffee machines or warmers is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person Ability to handle weight safely in the workplace during food handling and restocking activities Hospitality background with barista experience or food industry knowledge will be advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant where your dedication transforms mornings into delightful experiences!
