Role:
We're seeking a Food Service Aide who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Service Aide, you'll be responsible for: Preparing and serving meals and snacks to patients and staff Maintaining a clean and organized dining area and kitchen Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations Working collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food service Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
