Description:
Seasons Culinary Group, a subsidiary of Southern Foodservice Management, Inc., is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Buffet Attendant to join our team. This seasonal position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality. As a Buffet Attendant, you'll help ensure a smooth and enjoyable gameday experience by providing friendly service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked buffet, and assisting guests throughout service. Key Responsibilities Set up buffet lines with hot and cold food items, utensils, napkins, and other service items prior to guest arrival. Greet guests warmly and guide them through the buffet service with professionalism and enthusiasm. Replenish food, beverages, and supplies regularly and promptly during high-traffic periods. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the buffet line at all times. Monitor guest flow to ensure efficient movement and minimize congestion. Work closely with kitchen staff and runners to ensure timely delivery of food items. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously. Assist with break-down and clean-up of buffet and service area post-event. Respond promptly to guest needs and escalate concerns when necessary. Requirements Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred (buffet, catering, or stadium experience a plus). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends, and game days. Knowledge of food safety standards and service etiquette.
