Full Job Description Duties:
- Assist servers in setting up tables and preparing the dining area for service.
- Clear tables and clean them promptly after guests have finished their meals.
- Refill water glasses and provide additional condiments or utensils as needed.
- Assist in delivering food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables.
- Assist with catering events by setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices.
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment when necessary.
