Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures throughout the shift, including cleaning workstations, dining areas, and equipment Ensure food safety management protocols are followed at all times to meet health regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Assist in training new team members on food safety procedures, sanitation, and customer service expectations Skills Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and politely Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
