Primary Purpose:
Prepare meals for the students of El Dorado School District Follow directions precisely by following recipes and task sheets with instructions given by the Kitchen Manager and Child Nutrition Director Work with other employees with cooperation and a good attitude Provide a positive experience for our students who are our customers Be open to learning new tasks and embracing new ideas Be flexible in an ever changing work environment Follow all health and safety procedures consistently
QUALIFICATIONS
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Customer service People management, fostering teamwork, and giving feedback Planning and multi-tasking Self-motivated with a high energy level Conflict resolution Verbal communication
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time Lift and carry for short distances up to 50 lbs in a kitchen setting Reach and lower items in a kitchen setting Stoop, kneel, bend Must be able to safely, physically operate the kitchen equipment.
