POSITION TITLE
Cafeteria Aide (Lunchroom Supervisor)
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
REPORTS TO
Principal and/or Assistant Principal
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
10:00-1:00 Hourly Rate
JOB FUNCTIONS
Work closely with other support staff, teachers and administrators to develop and implement efficient procedures for the lunch period. Give direction to students while in the cafeteria.
Provide support for students while learning lunch procedures (open milk cartons, carrying and dumping trays, etc.).
Supervise students in order to maintain safety in the cafeteria. Maintain positive communication with students, teachers and cafeteria staff.
Support school wide behavior goals.
Assist with cafeteria set up and clean up as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
