Check in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefing Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart Reset tables once guests leave, according to the floor plan or instructions from management Assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen More about you At least one year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume.
