Job Description

Qualifications:

Knowledge of food service health and safety standards/techniques

Knowledge of food service operations

Skill in operating food service equipment such as ovens, utensils, holding units

Ability to work in hot kitchen environment and high volume of noise

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare food service items
• Warm food to be served
• Prepare breakfast and lunch
• Set up area for meal services and ensure proper temperatures are maintained
• Prepare snack bar serving area
• Perform cashier duties
• Ensure cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas to include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
• Clean, sanitize and maintain health and safety standards in work area
• Conduct inventory
• Assist food service delivery driver with unloading of items
• Prepare food and assist with special events
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Food Service Coordinator
• Open Until Filled (may close at any time with or without notice)
