Part Time Breakfast Attendant Hotel Management Group, LLC is seeking a part time Hotel Breakfast Attendants for the soon to be opened Residence Inn Gilbert San Tan, located in Gilbert, AZ. HMG is an up-and-coming hotel management company that has already made its mark with developing and leading award-winning hotels. The hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Hotel Management Group. The franchise controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices. Job Description The breakfast attendant is responsible for delivering delicious offerings to our guest while creating an atmosphere that reminds our guests, they are part of our family. This position requires you to be well versed in all the hotel's offerings and amenities and the local area. The breakfast attendant spends a lot of face time with our guests and needs to have the ability to multitask, have a conversation and handle requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Keep the kitchen and breakfast areas clean, organized, stocked and compliant with the brand, city, and state requirements.
- Prepare and cook required food and drink offerings as required by the brand.
- Follow buffet set up and presentation layout as required by the brand.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and food availability throughout the shift.
- Complete food preparation for next day.
- Clean and restock at end of shift.
- Put away deliveries, following FIFO and health codes.
- Approach each guest with a warm invitation to our breakfast and engage with our guests. Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate in English, written and verbally.
- Must be able to read directions and recipes for the food preparation.
- Must be able to acquire the Maricopa County Food Handlers License.
- Complete brand required training.
- Be able to stand for 5 hours, lift a minimum of 50 pounds, perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dishes, dust, put food orders away and other related tasks. Benefits
