5088 W. Innovation Circle (North Phoenix) Your Impact The Food Service Worker supports daily food service operations in a corporate dining environment. This role assists with food preparation, service, sanitation, and customer service, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service. What you will do Assist with the preparation and serving of food items according to standardized recipes and menus Set up and maintain service stations with appropriate supplies and food items throughout meal periods Operate equipment such as grills, ovens, slicers, and dishwashing machines safely and correctly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety protocols Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines and procedures Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests; respond to questions and accommodate special requests as appropriate Restock supplies and assist with inventory control as needed Support the overall success of the dining operation by working collaboratively with the culinary and service team Other duties as assigned What you will need High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional special events ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations. Certification and State Food Handlers Card Work Environment:
This position operates in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area within a corporate environment. It requires frequent standing, walking, and use of kitchen equipment.
