Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling safety standards, and sanitizing procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to manual handling guidelines Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately using POS system.
