Prepares unit for opening, stocking, signs, cleanliness, and equipment. Sets up Sequoia, retrieves banks, prepares market and food as needed. Monitors food quality and employee productivity. Ensures all areas are staffed; delegates job assignments. Openly communicates with staff and supervisor. Completes product orders as required. Trains employees in their job duties and health codes. Actively develops and supports a team-based focus within Student Union. Rings up orders accurately, accepts money and returns correct change. Counts bank to verify accuracy. Enters totals on reports as required. Participates in employee discipline and guidance. Oversees and assists with weekly inventory. Controls labor and food costs.
