ABOUT THE ROLE
During our busy season, we can have multiple events per week — and sometimes multiple events in a single day. Events range from weddings, dinners, proms, member events, private parties, and more. As a Banquet Captain, you'll be responsible for helping lead the banquet team and ensuring each event runs smoothly from setup through breakdown. You'll work closely with our Event Director, Banquet Supervisor, and Food & Beverage leadership to deliver the level of service our members and guests expect.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate the banquet team during events Create and communicate event game plans for setup, service, and breakdown Review and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate details to staff Delegate responsibilities and keep the team on schedule Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown Run the floor during events and troubleshoot issues as they arise Communicate with event leadership and management throughout each event Attend weekly BEO meetings and assist with event planning Use club systems, including Planning Pod, for event communication and documentation Assist in other areas of Food & Beverage when needed
AVAILABILITY
Open availability is required, including: Evenings Weekends Holidays Longer shifts based on event needs
Pay:
$17.00 - $40.00 per hour
