This position supports Servers, Hosts, Food Runners, and restaurant leadership by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting with guest needs, and helping ensure smooth and efficient service throughout each shift. The Busser is expected to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail, professionalism, teamwork, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. The Busser must regularly:

Stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift. Bend, reach, stoop, crouch, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements. Carry plates, glassware, bus tubs, trays, supplies, and other restaurant items. Safely lift and carry items consistent with the duties of the position. Navigate crowded dining areas, kitchens, service stations, and other restaurant workspaces. Work around hot surfaces, food and beverage products, cleaning products, wet surfaces, and restaurant equipment. Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures.
