This position supports Servers, Hosts, Food Runners, and restaurant leadership by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting with guest needs, and helping ensure smooth and efficient service throughout each shift. The Busser is expected to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail, professionalism, teamwork, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.
