Suite Attendant Pay Details:
The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.50 per hour. Suite Attendants are responsible for delivering quality hospitality and customer service. They work closely with Pantry Coordinators and Servers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage orders to suites on both the main and club levels. Suite Attendants help uphold food quality, proper hold times, and safety and sanitation standards within the department. They also support additional tasks as assigned by the Food & Beverage Management team. Before and during events, Suite Attendants assist in efficiently preparing suite orders, and during service, they provide support to Servers and Pantry Coordinators as needed. After events, they help clear dishes from suites and reorganize the pantry. Responsibilities Transport pre-ordered food from the pantry to the suites via a tri-level cart Organize refrigerators with correct beverage orders Clean the suites after guests leave Maintain clear communication with the Pantry Coordinators Clean Pantry/maintain a clean and organized workspace Complete the assigned side work for the night Visit the warehouse on the service level as needed to acquire items low in stock Professionally communicate with suite guests during order delivery Assist suite attendants with their needs during periods of high sales volume Keep up to date knowledge of the food and beverage menu items and accompaniments Be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guests Support any other Food & Beverage departments as needed Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and/or managers Help maintain and ensure excellent customer service Follow, adhere, and practice the Safety and Sanitation standards set forth by the Food & Beverage Department, including but not limited to: Social distancing Use of face mask/covering when in common areas, presence of guests, and where Social Distancing is not possible Use of gloves when handling guest food or beverage Cleaning and sanitizing high-contact surfaces that are frequently used by guests and fellow employees Frequent handwashing, regardless of the use of gloves Skills Previous restaurant or arena work is recommended but not required Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills Exceptional organization and prioritization are a must Work a flexible schedule, as hours are subject to change each week Work schedules are based on scheduled games, concerts, and other events Must be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures Knowledge, Skills and Experience Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required - 0-1 Year This position is on-site.

The year 2005 began a new era as Henry and Susan Samueli took ownership of both the team and the venue management company, Anaheim Arena Management, LLC.
