Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff, contributing to the overall efficiency of our service. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, including arranging chairs and tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant floor, including sweeping and mopping as required. Refill water glasses and assist servers with food delivery when necessary. Help with the organization of utensils, glassware, and dishware in the kitchen area. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Skills Previous experience in bussing or similar roles within the food industry is strongly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. A proactive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen and dining areas.
