Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, following strict food safety sanitizing procedures. Operate kitchen equipment such as a rationale oven, toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and efficiently. Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling protocols and sanitation practices to prevent contamination. Assist with food preparation tasks like slicing, assembling, or portioning ingredients as needed. Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service. Restock supplies regularly to ensure all items are available for guests and maintain inventory levels. Follow manual handling guidelines when lifting or moving food trays, supplies, or equipment to ensure safety. Support catering or special event setups when required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Uphold food safety management standards by monitoring temperature controls and cleaning schedules consistently. Experience Candidates should bring prior experience in food service or hospitality environments—particularly with fine dining or restaurant settings—demonstrating a strong understanding of food preparation and customer service excellence. Experience working with POS systems, processing cash transactions, or managing dietary considerations is highly valued. A background in culinary arts or catering enhances your ability to deliver exceptional breakfast experiences. Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, manual handling techniques, operating kitchen equipment, and weight handling in the workplace is essential.
