Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing exceptional in-person customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse range of breakfast foods with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Set up breakfast stations efficiently, restock supplies, and ensure all food items are fresh and appealing Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including toasters, coffee machines, ovens, and other small appliances Assist with food handling duties such as portioning, plating, and packaging while adhering to food safety management protocols Engage with guests warmly, providing attentive customer service that enhances their dining experience Properly putting food deliveries away as they are unloaded Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to handle food preparation and catering tasks efficiently Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on in-person engagement and hospitality excellence Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts as needed in a fast-paced setting Culinary experience or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us as a Breakfast Attendant if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
