Overview Hotel Piccadilly is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests from the hours of 5AM-11AM, 7 days a week . The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during their morning meal. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to guest arrival, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station throughout service, including bussing tables and cleaning up spills. Monitor food supplies and replenish items as needed, ensuring that all offerings meet quality standards. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and address any guest requests or concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary role is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service; ability to assist guests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for guests.
