Life Cafe Assistant Manager

Position Summary Get fit and be proud of where you work as an Assistant Manager at the Lifetime Cafe!! Talk to members and ensure your team is staying engaged in the FOH while assisting with oversight of day to day operations alongside the Café Manager. This includes but is not limited to, training and developing staff, maintaining cleanliness, executing recipes to Life Time standards, and making sure everyone is having fun while getting the job done! Job Duties and Responsibilities Helps drive leadership and performance excellence of the team by training, modeling, developing, motivating and assessing all team members to ensure continuous growth Responds to all questions, comments, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner Ensures safety, cleanliness, and security awareness standards are emphasized, practiced, and inspected ​ Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1 to 2 years of supervisor or management experience in fast casual restaurants ServeSafe certification with the first 60 days of hire CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds Be part of creating memorable experiences for our members!
