Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with Chester's Chicken standards and policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience
  • Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of guests and staff
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
Skills:
  • Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to maintain food safety standards
  • Banquet:
    Experience in setting up and serving food for banquet events
  • Food preparation: Proficiency in preparing menu items, including chopping, marinating, and cooking
  • Restaurant:
    Familiarity with restaurant operations, including taking orders, serving customers, and handling payments
  • Food industry: Understanding of the food industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Help:
    Willingness to assist team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Food safety: Knowledge of proper food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety
Hospitality:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor to provide a positive dining experience for guests
