Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with Chester's Chicken standards and policies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience
- Follow all food safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of guests and staff
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
Skills:
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to maintain food safety standards
Banquet:
Experience in setting up and serving food for banquet events- Food preparation: Proficiency in preparing menu items, including chopping, marinating, and cooking
Restaurant:
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including taking orders, serving customers, and handling payments- Food industry: Understanding of the food industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices
Help:
Willingness to assist team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food safety procedures to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety
