This role includes purchasing and managing inventory, ensuring efficient operations of the warehouse and training staff to maintain safety protocols and productivity. The job location is primarily at the warehouse in Carson/Long Beach but attendance onsite at various job locations will also be needed. We are looking for a problem-solver with outstanding interpersonal and management skills and high attention to detail. REQUIREMENTS

Food Manager Certificate 3+ Years Experience in Food and Beverage Industry California Drivers License in good standing Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time Excellent Written and Verbal Communication in English Lift/carry 10-35 lbs. Ability to drive company van Knowledge of Google Workspace Cook or Catering Chef experience a big plus Knowledge of Inventory Management and Quality Control Processes, specifically pertaining to Food and Beverage Industry Knowledge of OSHA, Food Safety regulations and Human Resources protocols

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create Menu Plans Support the execution of Event Logistics, Inventory and Menu Plans Support Event Food / Beverage Cost Analysis and Purchasing Quality Control of all inventory and equipment, including food and beverage supplies

Inventory Management:

daily tracking and weekly reporting of food, beverage and event supplies and equipment

Warehouse Management:

maintain a cleanly, organized and OSHA-compliant work environment Purchase, pick-up and receive delivery of products, put away all received items and add to ongoing inventory Create shopping lists on collaborate software Ensure safety of all warehouse equipment and supplies Maintain documentation and knowledge of warehouse activities Pack, load and unload event supplies, rentals and equipment daily Attend events as needed Work hours are typically Monday-Friday 8am

•2pm for regular office hours but may require additional hours in the evenings and on weekends to attend events, trainings and for event preparation, as needed.
