The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a passion for preparing high-quality dishes. As a Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent guest services in a hotel or banquet setting. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Manage inventory of food supplies and report any shortages. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Provide exceptional guest services by accommodating special dietary requests when possible. continually clean and restock breakfast buffet during breakfast service. Qualifications Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
