Duties Prepare and serve a range of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as clover to process sales efficiently and accurately. Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, equipment, and dining areas regularly. Assist customers with food handling, serving food items promptly while ensuring food safety standards are met. Manage beverage service from order taking to drink delivery, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling crepesor light menu items in accordance with health regulations. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred; barista experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as clover for sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
