Salary range:

Responsibilities:
- Support all F&B outlets with a visible, floor-focused leadership presence.
- Coach the front-of-house team using Hyatt's Leadership Expectations and Forbes Travel Guide service standards.
- Lead pre-shift huddles, service observations, table touches, and real-time feedback.
- Ensure all colleagues consistently execute the Forbes and luxury communication behaviors.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and certification of new colleagues.
- Maintain strong partnership with the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow.
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, side work, and daily operational checklists.
- Support ordering and inventory processes as assigned.
- Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring recovery aligns with luxury expectations.
- Uphold colleague engagement by modeling respect, professionalism, and care.
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and compliance policies are followed.
- Support beverage program execution, wine service, and menu knowledge training.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous supervisory or leadership experience in luxury dining or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Forbes service standards and luxury guest interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop colleagues.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- ServSafe and Responsible Beverage certifications preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
