Overview Join our dynamic team member as a Busser where you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This dual-position combines the energetic support of bussing tables, assisting with food service, and maintaining cleanliness with the vigilant oversight needed to uphold security protocols after kitchen closes. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to an exceptional customer experience and a secure atmosphere for staff and guests alike. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient turnover Assist servers with bussing duties, including refilling condiments, delivering dishes, and resetting tables for new guests Support food handling and service by ensuring proper setup and breakdown of dining stations in accordance with health standards Monitor the premises as a security guard, controlling access points, observing for suspicious activity, and ensuring guest safety Enforce safety policies by conducting routine patrols of the facility, checking entrances/exits, and responding swiftly to incidents or emergencies Communicate clearly with team members and guests to address concerns, provide directions, and promote a positive environment Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and service zones through regular cleaning tasks aligned with hospitality standards Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with bussing, food handling, or catering roles enhances your ability to support the team effectively Prior security or safety-related experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills are essential for interacting confidently with guests and team members Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or food industry establishments will help you excel in this role Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude This position offers an engaging environment where your energy makes a difference!
