This position is essential in providing exceptional service and support within our food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This role involves various responsibilities that contribute to the overall guest experience, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic and organized environment. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and welcoming. Provide food service support, including serving meals and beverages to guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns. Handle food safely according to health regulations and guidelines. Support catering operations as needed, including setup and breakdown of events. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with team members and guests. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred, with chinese or cantonese cuisine as a benefit. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
