$18.00 per hour Position Overview Cascade Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hardworking Busser to help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. As a Busser, you'll play a vital role in keeping the dining room clean, organized, and running efficiently while supporting servers, bartenders, and the kitchen throughout service. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain a welcoming dining environment Assist servers with water service, bread service, and other guest needs as directed Support food runners and servers by delivering food and beverages when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and side work throughout the shift Refill ice, polish silverware, stock service stations, and replenish supplies Remove dishes and glassware promptly while maintaining a clean, professional appearance in the dining room Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout a shift What We're Looking For A team-first mindset—you take pride in supporting those around you A strong sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail Someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative Dependability and a willingness to jump in wherever needed A friendly, professional attitude and a genuine commitment to creating a great guest experience Why Cascade Located along the Northern California coast, Cascade Restaurant offers a unique dining experience rooted in fresh ingredients, a beautiful natural setting, and a strong sense of team.
